The 2nd edition of the Rebuild Aid Association’s brochure has been released. We are making the brochure available online, so you can download it, save it on your computer, or print it.
Genbrug til Syd has responded to our application and has granted funding for a new shipment to Afghanistan.
At the Rebuild Aid Association, our goal is to expand our efforts and partnerships across various provinces in Afghanistan. Therefore, we have selected two new partners we would like to collaborate with: Badghis Social Journalists Association (BSJA), based in Badghis province in the northwestern part of Afghanistan, and Service of Woman Relief Center for Afghanistan (SWRCA), also based in Farah province in the western part of Afghanistan.
Together with our partner organizations, we applied for assistance for the shipment through Genbrug til Syd, and our applications have been received and approved. We are in the process of collecting and packing for the new shipments and extend our thanks to all the schools and educational institutions for their help and efforts in Aarhus and the surrounding areas.
Collection from Smukfest in Skanderborg has benefited a girls’ school
We had the pleasure of gaining access to the grounds of Smukfest in Skanderborg after the festival ended. Six members from our association were able to collect 85 chairs, 11 tents, mattresses, sleeping bags, and more.
The chairs from the collection were donated to a girls’ school in the Taiwara district of Ghor province. After the schools started in connection with the Afghan New Year, the chairs came into use.
Since the school has no physical building, the girls take their chairs from home and bring them to school every day.

The Rebuild Aid Association had the pleasure of packing 2 x 40-foot containers of school and hospital equipment and donating them to the people of Afghanistan.
Part of the equipment was collected by association members, and the rest was collected, prepared, and packed by the Aalborg Aid Center.
We thank our local partner organization, Jameghor Charity Organization, for the excellent cooperation time and again. We continue our collaboration and efforts and hope to expand them to other parts of Afghanistan.

Our latest shipment of school equipment, hospital supplies, disability equipment, and many other goods has arrived in Ghor province.
We are once again happy to have received funding this year for 2 x 40-foot containers from Genbrug Til Syd for shipment to Ghor province in Afghanistan. The containers were packed in collaboration with the renovation workshop at Aalborg Jobcenter. We would like to take this opportunity to extend a thousand thanks to our good friends at Aalborg Jobcenter, who are always helpful with collection, renovation, packing, and shipment.
Both containers were packed full with valuable school and hospital supplies, which will truly benefit patients, students, many people with disabilities, and also assist school staff, who can enjoy school furniture, bookshelves, and cabinets.
A detailed report on this shipment will be published on this website, with plenty of pictures, reports, and thank-you letters.

We at the Rebuild Aid Association are pleased with the work that has been carried out recently in collaboration with our local partner organization, Jameghor Charity Organization (JCO).
Below you can see a slideshow of our activities in Ghor province.
